Introduction

These terms (Terms of Use) form a binding legal agreement between you and Sonamove Limited, a private limited company registered in Northern Ireland with registered number NI678258 and registered address at 24 Ballymaglave Road, Ballynahinch, Northern Ireland, BT24 8QB (we, us, our) and relate to how you may use our platform. Sonamove helps users to optimise your use of your standing desk and make healthier lifestyle choices.

Acceptance of Terms

You'll be deemed to have accepted the Terms of Use whenever you use Sonamove. That means that if you don't want to accept the Terms of Use, you may not use Sonamove. If you are using Sonamove on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm to us that you have authority to act on behalf of that entity, and that entity accepts these Terms of Use.

Changes to Terms

We are constantly changing and improving our services. We may change or add additional terms to these Terms of Use if we alter the existing services we provide, if we add new services to Sonamove or if we need to make changes for security, regulatory or legal reasons. Where the changes are significant, we may also choose to email our registered users with the new details.

Account Registration and Usage

You must be 18 years old or older in order to use Sonamove. You must not use Sonamove if you are younger than this. In order to use Sonamove, you must set up an individual account which allows you to track your standing desk use. To do this, you must provide us with a number of details, including personal information which will include your name and email address.

Third-Party Integration

You may register for or log-in to Sonamove via a third-party network, such as Google. If you do so, you hereby authorise Sonamove to pre-populate the registration and other relevant information fields of your account and/or to use such third-party credentials to log you into your account. If you connect your account to any third-party network you agree to comply with the terms and conditions and policies applicable to such third party.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights subsisting in or used in connection with Sonamove are and shall remain our sole property. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable non-sub licensable licence to use Sonamove solely for the Permitted Purpose, subject to these Terms of Use.

Feedback

If you provide any ideas, suggestions, or feedback about Sonamove ('Feedback'), you agree that we can use this Feedback without any restriction or compensation to you. We do not waive any rights to similar or related ideas previously known to us, developed by our employees, or obtained from other sources.

Health Disclaimer

By using Sonamove, you agree that you do so in the full knowledge that we are not, and we are not operating Sonamove as a medical advice service. If you use Sonamove, no doctor-patient, therapist-patient or other healthcare professional relationship is created between you and us.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the operation of Sonamove at any time, with or without prior notice. We may retain limited data derived from your use of Sonamove for our legitimate business purposes, provided that such data does not contain personal data relating to or identifying you.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be construed in accordance with Northern Irish law and both you and we hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Northern Irish courts. The English language version of these terms shall be controlling in all respects and shall prevail in case of any inconsistencies with translated versions, if any.
